What we collect

The inquiry form collects what you type into it and the topic you choose: your name, email, phone, company, the property address, purchase price, loan amount, timeline and notes. We also record which page you sent it from and when it arrived.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security and operations.

How we use it

We use what you send only to review and respond to your inquiry and to keep a record of it. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for marketing.

Who else handles it

The site and its inquiry form run on Microsoft Azure, where inquiries are stored. When an inquiry arrives, a push notification service alerts us so we can reply.

Fonts

This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address and standard browser information.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep inquiries for as long as they are useful for the conversation they started and for our records. To ask us to delete yours, say so through the inquiry form and include the email address you used.

Business purpose only

This site is for business inquiries: business-purpose loans and conversations about selling a business. It is not directed to consumers or to children.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top will change with it.
